A licensed veterinarian must perform a necropsy, and a formal report is required. The buyer is financially responsible for all veterinary expenses during this process. The vendor will thoroughly review the necropsy report before making a decision.

If the necropsy report indicates that the cause of death was a genetic condition, Labrador Retriever For Sale agrees to replace the puppy. The replacement will be chosen from a future litter and will be of the same sex and value as the original puppy. Cash refunds, in part or in full, will not be provided under any circumstances.
